Are your employees students?

Not all our employees are students, but we encourage friendly and hard working students from local colleges and universities to apply to get a part-time job to support their studies. If they have what it takes to become a part of the Classmaids team, we offer competitive pay, train them to become cleaning masters and allow to create their own schedule around their demanding studies.

What is included in a home cleaning?

You can refer to our checklist to find out the tasks included in our house cleaning maid services. The checklist ensures a thorough cleaning, top to bottom! We don’t do “light” or “superficial” cleanings. With that said, we know that each home is unique, so feel free to customize the checklist to meet your specific needs and preferences. A trained and experienced team member will arrive at your home with equipment and supplies at hand to clean thoroughly and efficiently, leaving your home spotless!

 

How does your pricing work?

Our cleaning price will depend on the size of your home (or office), any extra tasks you would like us to do, and cleaning frequency. We offer discounts for recurrent (weekly, bi-weekly and monthly) cleanings. If you'd like a free estimate, simply give us a call during our hours of operation for a fast over-the-phone quote, or fill out our Free Estimate form. We will get back to you as soon as possible via phone call or email.

 

Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?

Yes, we sure are! All of our cleaning specialists are also covered by Workers Compensation. We can provide proof if necessary.

 

How do I know I can trust the Classmaids team?

Not only is each team member extensively interviewed, screened, and reference checked, but also meets the strict company standards of integrity, respect, and a contagiously positive attitude.

 

Do you bring your own equipment & supplies?

Yes, our cleaners bring all equipment and supplies necessary, so you won't have to lift a finger! Also, all of our cleaning products are all natural, non-toxic, and biodegradable, and our equipment is professional grade.

 

What should I do before the cleaning team arrives?

Before the cleaning team arrives, we ask that you pick up any personal items and remove any clutter so that more of the team’s energy can be spent on cleaning. It is extremely helpful!

 

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

It is completely up to you! If you choose not to be home during the cleaning, just let us know how you'd like us to access your home (i.e. leave a key, garage code, etc).

 

How do I pay for the cleaning?

You can pay by utilizing Classmaids Auto-Pay (automatic recurring payment via credit card or e-check), or leave cash or a check (made payable to Classmaids) at the time of service.

 

Should I tip the cleaners?

Some of our clients tip, and some do not. It’s entirely up to you! We do not require it, but giving a tip is a powerful way to say thank you.

 

How do your laundry services work?

To help save you time and simplify your life, we'll wash, dry, and fold your dirty laundry. Once the laundry is washed and dried, we then fold it and place it where you'd like (i.e. on your bed, in a laundry basket). We utilize your washer, dryer, and detergent to get the job done. We don't bring your laundry to the dry cleaners, nor do we offer dry cleaning services.

 

Do you send the same cleaning team every time?

We do our absolute best to send the same cleaning team every time, but in the event of a change in class schedules, vacation, or days off, we may need to send a different team member. However, you can rest assured that every Classmaids employee is thoroughly trained and held to a very high standard.

 

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Yes, you can change or cancel your booking before 5 p.m. on the day before the scheduled cleaning. Please understand that we keep your cleaning time just for you and don’t do double-booking, so if you decide to cancel after that time, we will charge a $25 cancellation fee.

 

What is your 100% guarantee policy?

We guarantee your happiness with the results of our cleaning. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, just let us know within 48 hours and we will come back and re-clean for free. Your happiness is our happiness.

Do you have a refund policy?

Absolutely. If something is not done to your expectations, please let us know. We’ll send a team back to make it right (usually within a 3 day window). If after our re-clean you’re still not happy with the service, we offer a full refund.

Does Classmaids service my area?

We hope so! We service a 10-mile radius of our office in east Boca Raton (4750 NW Boca Raton Blvd, Boca Raton, FL 33431).

What happens if something in my home gets broken?

We know that sometimes accidents happen. So if any damage or loss occurs, just notify our Classmaids office within 48 hours of the cleaning date. We will do our absolute best to make it right!
